SciPy 2016 Social Events


Enthought Welcome to SciPy Reception

Date: Tuesday, July 12, 2016, 6:00 - 9:00 PM

Location: Enthought HQ, 515 Congress Avenue, 21st Floor

Join us as we close out the SciPy tutorial sessions and kick off the main conference. Get a great view of downtown Austin from the 21st floor and enjoy a casual opportunity to chat and meet tutorial and conference attendees over heavy appetizers and beverages.


Annual Reception

There will be heavy hors d'oevres and a cash bar.


Diversity Luncheon

Guest Speaker: Carol Willing!  The Luncheon is free of charge but please register as space is limited.

Please join us for a relaxing evening of board and card games. There is no charge for the activity but space is limited. Please sign up through the conference registration portal. Transportation and light refreshments will be provided.

Close out the conference over a casual dinner and drinks. A group will be meeting in the Conference Center Lobby to head over together via public transportation.

A SciPy tradition and our way of saying thank you for all the great contributions made during the sprints.
